All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST. Please allow 5-7 Business days for your order to be shipped. You will be notified via the contact information you provided on your order if there is an exception to this shipping time-frame.
Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Back Orders: If a product goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the product becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
